With an illustrious career spanning more than 17 years behind him, Mr. Sachin Sharma is a career banker with a difference – his rich experience across the Banking & Financial Services industries has also witnessed his ability to oscillate between micro and macro-level thinking. Since receiving his LLB qualification and MBA in Finance, Mr. Sharma has moved on to hold various critical and strategic positions, both functional and senior level ones, at the likes of Deutsch Post-Bank Home Finance Ltd, Habitat Housing and ART Affordable Housing.
Mr. Sharma has garnered admiration in all his professional roles, involving rollout in start-up companies, fund raising, treasury operations management, accounts, internal control and statutory compliance. His core proven strength lies in the delivery of decision matrices, through Planning, Controlling, Taxation and Audits, as well as the institution of Financial Systems. Further, he has also demonstrated highly effective usage of Corporate Governance tools in his proactive support of Business and Treasury management.
Mr. Brajesh Kumar
Company Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Brajesh Kumar is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds degrees in Law and Commerce. He brings with him over 9 years of rich experience in the areas of Corporate Laws & Governance, RBI/NHB Compliances, Monitoring and Testing, Listed NCDs, Private Equity & Fund Raising, RBI/NHB Inspections, SEBI Regulations, FEMA Compliances, Listing Compliances, KYC & AML Compliances, Due Diligence, and various other legal matters, including vetting and execution of documents related to direct assignment deals and loan transactions.
He joined Satin Housing Finance Limited in September 2023 as Chief Compliance Officer, where he is responsible for overseeing overall regulatory and statutory compliances pertaining to NHB, RBI, MCA, SEBI, and other applicable laws.
Prior to joining Satin Housing Finance Limited, Mr. Kumar worked with Ummeed Housing Finance Private Limited (a Debt-Listed, Middle Layer NBFC), where he managed RBI & NHB Compliances, BSE Compliances, Fund Raising, and Legal Drafting & Vetting.
He has also been associated with Rico Fluidtronics Limited (a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Rico Auto Industries Limited, an equity-listed company) and Landmark Apartments Private Limited, gaining valuable exposure across diverse aspects of corporate and regulatory governance.
